Common Questions

- How often should an RV roof be resealed?
- Inspect the sealant at least once a year and reseal as it fails — typically every one to three years depending on the material and how much sun it lives in. Utah sun is hard on sealant, so annual inspection here is not over-cautious.
- I have a stain on the ceiling. How bad is it?
- By the time it's visible inside, water has usually been getting in for a while and the concern is the framing and insulation, not the stain. Worth looking at quickly — the difference between a reseal and a rebuild is often a matter of months.
- Can you replace a broken vent lid on site?
- Yes, that's a routine call-out and one of the more common winter jobs after a windstorm.
